Jon Fletcher

Jon Fletcher, Sr. Vice President

Jon joined PHS in 2018 after serving on its Board of Directors for 2 years. Jon has $2 billion of project development and financing experience, with specific expertise in multi-unit housing, mixed-use, and suburban/urban development. Jon is a frequent speaker on the topic of multifamily, senior housing, multi-site, brownfield, and middle-market real estate development.
 
Jon is also an 8-year Army veteran (Operation Iraqi Freedom), a “40 under Forty” winner from the Minneapolis Business Journal, and has previously served on the Board of Trustee's of Presbyterian Homes & Services, Crown College, The Bridge for Youth, Heritage Academy of Science and Technology, and the Urban Land Institute-Minnesota's Young Leaders Group. Jon has a BA in Music Performance from Crown College, an MBA in Finance from University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, and has completed Executive Education coursework at MIT.

Lisa Albain

Lisa Albain, Senior Development Manager

For over a decade Lisa has been a leader in the senior housing industry with a vast array of experience in real estate development and site operations.  As a Project Development Manager, Lisa has developed communities in Minnesota, Wisconsin and Iowa and leads the PHS development and market expansion in the Eastern Wisconsin market. Recent development projects include Marvella, a 300-unit 523,000 sf senior community located on 2 city blocks within the Highland Bridge development in St. Paul, Minnesota and Trinity Woods located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, a one of a kind intergenerational housing community that includes seniors, single mothers attending Mount Mary University and sisters from the School Sisters of Notre Dame. In addition to her real estate experience, Lisa has served in operational roles including Community Relations Director, Interim Regional Marketing Director and Campus Administrator. By strategically leveraging her experience in real estate project development and site operations, Lisa’s holistic approach to development, results in the delivery of high quality, operationally efficient and fiscally sustainable communities. A member of Leading Age, she served on the Leading Age Work Force Council and Housing with Services Committee. Prior to joining PHS, Lisa owned a successful personal training company and was an in-demand national key-note speaker as well as a frequent author and radio guest for Her Journey radio program. Lisa is a graduate of Washington State University with a BS degree in Exercise Science.

Pam Belz

Pamela Belz, Senior Development Manager

Pamela has worked in real estate development creating neighborhoods and communities for 34 years. She has led project development throughout her career including as a VP of Land Development before owning her own company. Feeling called to senior housing she joined Senior Housing Partners in January 2009 as a Project Developer, where she has stewarded campus expansions and repositionings and developed new campus locations. She has served the Builders Association of the Twin Cities since 2004, including as President in 2013. She has also served on the Board of Directors for the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) and Professional Women in Building. She has a Bachelor of Science in Housing from the University of Minnesota with concentrations in Interior Design and Gerontology. She holds a certificate from the University of St. Thomas, Shenehon Center for Real Estate Education where she has been a guest instructor. She believes that education and leadership are lifelong learning experiences.

Sam Jagodzinski

Sam Jagodzinski, Development Manager

Sam serves as a Development Manager at Senior Housing Partners, and is currently working on The Deerfield Expansion project in New Richmond, Wisconsin. Previously, Sam served as a Project Manager at a Wisconsin-based residential developer where he focused on financial feasibility, market positioning, entitlements, and development management. Previously, Sam served as an Analyst at Blueprint Healthcare Real Estate Advisors, a Chicago-based healthcare advisory firm where his work emphasized senior housing market research and financial analysis both at the individual community level as well as operationalizing broader industry trends. Sam graduated with distinction with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Real Estate and holds a Master of Science degree in Real Estate both from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Kevin Lohry

Kevin Lohry, Development Manager

Kevin joined Senior Housing Partners in 2021 after 10 years in the mortgage banking, regulatory compliance, and anti-money laundering industries. As a Development Manager, Kevin is currently contributing to the development of Independent Living and Skilled Nursing Facilities in Minnesota and Colorado. Ongoing projects also include multi-family workforce housing and Assisted Living renovations in Minnesota and Colorado. Kevin completed his Masters in Real Estate Development from Iowa State University in 2021 and holds a Bachelors Degree in Economics from Princeton University.

Steve Nornes

Steve Nornes, Senior Development Manager

Steve has served in the senior housing industry for 29 years and has held positions in administration and as a developer. Currently, Steve serves as a Senior Development Manager of Senior Housing Partners. Steve has over 18 years of experience in managing senior housing and health care communities, and 11 years as a project development manager. Steve has been involved with master campus repositioning and new startups for Presbyterian Homes & Services. Steve is overseeing the master campus repositioning for Wesley Homes in Des Moines Washington and new construction in Bonney Lake, Washington and Eden Prairie, Minnesota. Steve received his BA in Long Term Care Administration from Concordia, College in Moorhead Minnesota.

Anne O'Connor

Anne O'Connor, Development Manager

Anne has 12 years of experience working in long-term care administration, the past 9 of which have been with Presbyterian Homes as a Campus Administrator. Additionally, she has training in emergency preparedness and response which was most recently utilized supporting the statewide COVID-19 response for long-term care. 

David Palmer

David Palmer, Project Developer

David has served in the senior housing industry with Presbyterian Homes and Services since 2007 holding positions at communities and with Senior Housing Partners. David brings 28 years of real estate, construction, residential, and commercial property management experience. He completed several site common area renovations and over 500 apartment renovations. Most recently David has opened communities in Wisconsin and Iowa. David graduated from Augsburg College in Minneapolis with a degree in Mathematics.
 

Amy Jo Belanger

Amy Jo Belanger , Vice President of Sales & Marketing

Amy Jo has over 20 years of experience in senior living and healthcare, including experience with Independent & Assisted Living, Memory Care, Care Centers, Home Health & Hospice, Palliative Care and Post-Acute Therapy.  Amy Jo joined PHS in January 2017 as Regional Director of Operations for Mini-Continuums and is now leading the Sales and Marketing team as Vice President.  Amy Jo brings a great depth of experience in this role from her work with Direct Supply Healthcare, Heartland Hospice as well as her passion of intimately working with seniors to find the right living option for years as a site leader.  Prior to joining PHS, Amy Jo worked as District Director of Operations with Brookdale Senior Living in Minnesota, where she supported Independent, Assisted Living and Memory Care communities in and around the Twin Cities.  Amy Jo attended the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire where she studied Kinesiology and Gerontology.  

Kim Myers

Kim Myers, Regional Sales & Marketing Director

Kim serves as a Regional Marketing Director for Senior Housing Partners and has been with the team for over 20 years. She has served as a sales and marketing professional with over 25 years of experience in nonprofit and for-profit senior housing and health care organizations. Kim’s responsibilities include development of sales and marketing strategy, contract and program consultation, system development, staffing review and recruitment, brand management, product positioning and promotional/collateral management.

Libby Newlin

Libby Newlin, Regional Sales & Marketing Manager

A team member since 2000, Libby started her career with Senior Housing Partners on the Boutwells Landing project as a Housing Counselor. She has served in her regional role for the past 10 years, leading sales teams to open new communities in Minnesota, Iowa and Wisconsin. 

Beth Doce

Beth Doce, Regional Sales & Marketing Manager

A seasoned member of the sales team, Beth began her sales career with Senior Housing Partners in 1997. Beth has over 20 years senior housing experience from start-up, construction through marketing fill. As a member of the marketing team, Beth becomes involved in the projects during the development phase and continues until achieving the agreed upon occupancy goals. Most recently, Beth served as a Housing Counselor at a mini-continuum. Beth rejoined the SHP team as a Regional Marketing Manager in 2016 and has directed the fill up of senior living communities with housing options ranging from townhomes to care centers.

Deniz Stanton

Deniz Stanton, Regional Sales & Marketing Manager

Deniz first engaged with the senior living industry when searching for a new home for her mother. She found the perfect community at Carondelet Village, a Presbyterian Homes community in Saint Paul, MN. Inspired by the care her mother received, she became a part of the PHS family as a Housing Counselor at EagleCrest in Roseville, MN. Deniz joined SHP in 2018 to bring her customer-focused perspective and innovation skills to the marketing team as a Regional Marketing Manager. She currently is leading the marketing and sales efforts at Founders Ridge in Bloomington, Flagstone in Eden Prairie, and the new community in the Highland Bridge neighborhood in St. Paul, Minnesota.

Paula Palmer

Paula Palmer, Regional Sales & Marketing Director

Paula assists and supports new development and redevelopment projects in reaching occupancy stabilization goals through the design, implementation, and execution of successful marketing and sales strategies. She has over 18 years of experience in senior housing and healthcare including experience with Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Rehabilitation, and Transitional Care. Paula received a BA degree in Community Health form the University of Minnesota- Duluth.

Libby Stanton

Libby Stanton, Regional Sales & Marketing Manager

Libby began her career with Presbyterian Homes & Services in 2018 and has served as a Housing Counselor and a Development Associate. She paired her commitment to assisting older adults in their transition to senior living, with her development skills and knowledge when she began her current role as a Regional Sales and Marketing Manager. Libby received her BS degree in Communication from the College of Saint Benedict, and her MS in Health Care Communication from St. Thomas Opus College of Business.

Tom Heller

Tom Heller, Senior Creative Director

Tom provides creative strategy and direction for Senior Housing Partners and Presbyterian Homes & Services, assisting with marketing strategy and positioning, and leading the creative team to fulfill the branding and visual needs of the marketing plan. With a degree in Design Communications and over 20 years of experience running his own creative agency, Tom brings a unique blend of business, marketing and creative strategy to his role as Senior Creative Director. Tom joined SHP in 2021, and excited to use his gifts to help SHP grow and fulfill it's mission.

Laine Rust

Laine Rust, Senior Graphic Designer

Laine is a Graphic Designer supporting the marketing needs of the Senior Housing Partners communities. Laine joined the Senior Housing Partners team in January 2019 following almost 10 years at a design agency in Minneapolis. She is experienced in creating layouts for print, web, digital media and environmental signage. Laine handles accounts with direct marketing team contact, and maintains project schedules through completion. She has a BFA in Graphic Design and a BA in Spanish from Minnesota State University-Mankato.

Samuel Moen, Accounting Specialist

Samuel has served in our ministry since January, 2015. He began his career at Presbyterian Homes with Accounts Receivable in the Finance Department, before transitioning to the Accounting Specialist role at Senior Housing Partners in April, 2017. Samuel supports SHP by managing the construction draws along with other accounts payable/receivable tasks. Samuel also aids Senior Lifestyle Design with their accounts payable/receivable needs and assists Maxfield Research with their billing. Since starting with PHS, Samuel has earned his Accounting AAS Degree and Certificate of Finance from St. Paul College and plans to continue his education.

Ryan Reed, Senior Construction Manager

Ryan brings an abundance of construction experience in senior living to the team. With various projects under his belt, his heart lies in senior living because he knows the value of creating spaces that offer the best of the best to residents in the later years of their lives. Having been on the team that recently finished a project 39 days ahead of schedule while navigating the nuances of an existing community, Ryan is an expert at driving project schedules, construction activities and quality management. Prior to Senior Housing Partners, he served in roles as an Owner’s Representative, Project Manager and Superintendent for a variety of project types including more than 1,500 housing units with total construction costs exceeding $525mm in multiple states.
