Development

• Strategic Planning: An intensive leadership retreat (Charrette) with the purpose of bringing together executive leaders and key staff to achieve consensus on mission, resources, strengths and weaknesses, leadership direction and long-range growth strategies and objectives tied to a financial blueprint
• Site Acquisition/Repositioning: Provide second party negotiation on behalf of the client
• Site Redevelopment: Master site planning on existing campus
• City Process: Secure local and state approval
• Development Team Selection: Coordinate RFP and selection process for the development team – Architect, General Contractor, Interior Design.
• Planning: Work with the client and architect to establish the project program. Completion of concept development, schematic drawings, design development and construction documents.
• Represent Owner During Construction: Provide general oversight of construction process on behalf of client for quality assurance, punch list and warranty items, maintaining budget and schedule.
