Development Team Selection
: Coordinate RFP and selection process for the development team – Architect, General Contractor, Interior Design.
: Work with the client and architect to establish the project program. Completion of concept development, schematic drawings, design development and construction documents.
Represent Owner During Construction
: Provide general oversight of construction process on behalf of client for quality assurance, punch list and warranty items, maintaining budget and schedule.
