The multi-phsed project added IL, AL and MC units to create a deeper continuum, enhance services and increase operating income, while addressing life care contracts and other grandfathering challenges.

GracePointe Crossing

GracePointe Crossing

Combining two care centers into one building and moving all to a new location across the Rum River was the core of this redevelopment. Senior apartments, assisted living suites and memory care apartments were also added, as well as a town center to connect existing living options, consolidate services and amenities, and enrich community life.
