Dickson Hollow

Orchard Path

Orchard Path is located on a 13-acre site on the western shore of Cobblestone Lake in Apple Valley and adjacent to Cobblestone Park. When complete, the community will offer 115 senior apartments, 58 assisted living apartments and 20 memory care apartments, with possible future expansion to include additional senior apartments and a skilled nursing care center.
